The rooms were clean, partly refurbished, and provided a great view, along with a comfortable bed. The location is near everything around Bude, close to the sea and a beautiful beach, in a vibrant restaurant and bar area. The dining experience included artisan bread. Overall, a great location with some room for improvement in the dining options.

The rooms were clean and had been partly refurbished, with a balcony overlooking the water, and I enjoyed an excellent evening meal in The Coachman's bar with a great view. The service was top-notch, managing breakfast in a timely manner, and the location was ideal, right on the canal and close to everything around Bude.
